Eggs

Quail eggs, oh they are so beautiful....

Eat them with dukka (also spelled as duqqa or dukkah). A mixture of herbs and nuts from the Middle East, used as a dip. The actual composition varies from family to family. For a simple version, mix a teaspoon of sesame seeds, ground coriander seeds, ground cumin seeds, sea salt and ground black pepper.
